Here, we are going to discuss the blade in Calcite Raymond mill. The blades are installed in two devices of this calcite grinding mill. One is the analytical engineer which is used for classifying the finished powder, and another is blower.
What is the blade’s role in the analytical engineer of calcite Raymond mill? The adjustment of the AC motor speed can control the speed of the analytical/classifying engineer, then the blade on the turntable will rotate under this action. Finally, the function of classification of finished calcite powder can be achieved. Here is an important point that the control of blade’s speed should be controlled according to the expected finished powder size. Specifically, if higher-fineness output powder is to be obtained, then the speed o f the blade must be increased. Such action aims to increase the frequency that the blade acts on the calcite powder. And then the unqualified powder can be excluded. Where do these powder go? They will be conveyed to the grinding room again because of gravity.
What is the blade of the blower used for? While the calcite Raymond mill runs in a high speed, the air will flow into the inside of the mill and drive the calcite stone to move. The mixed air flow of the raised powder and air will enter the large cyclone separator, and the powder will be separated by the cyclone separator and fed into the silo. The air pressure will be further reduced. The air flow separated from the powder will enter the Raymond mill again by the blower, and the air flow will circulate in the closed-circuit system of the Raymond mill. Simply put, the blades in the fan are used to control the size of the air flow. The size of the air flow is also related to the fineness of the material. The larger the air flow is, the coarser the particle size is.
We also have calcite ultra fine mill, vertical roller mill, ball mill and other mills. Calcite powder coating and packaging machine are also available. Welcome to contact us for any needs. You can chat with us online, leave messages on our website or call us directly.
